langkawi says hi!

i reach langkawi in a day from penang,
89km using the old road,which much more comfortable than the old road in perak.
heading to kuala kedah.
there is a cycle lane for motorcycle and bicycle int the old road in kedah.
it was 2 hour on the ferry from kuala kedah.
rm10 to take ur bike rm25 for u too hop on too.
then 20+km from kuah jetty to cenang beach.
langkawi,the island where the le tour de langkawi is held.
a prime vacation island.great scenery,full of seafood and great beaches.
the road here is pretty tough,great for riding all those hill but nearly all is smooth,
people here are quite friendly to cyclist.
you can see those hardcore cyclist mostly everyday with their expensive bike and stuff but they are all friendly.
the is only a few good bicycle shop here.
hard to find vegetarian food and the vegetarian dish is most of the places i ate are even expensive than normal food.
i did not find any tempe yet only tofu.

this island is good for the beer and liqour for those drunk cyclist we should come here often and cycle the whole langkawi.
